Sublime Caterers is the culmination of many years of passion for food, service and good times - bringing together these elements for clients and staff alike.

Owners Charlie Salloum and Steve Giblett have a long and successful history in the food and hospitality industry and bring this knowledge into everything that Sublime does!

With a renowned reputation for quality, timeliness and exceptional service, Sublime excels at everything we do and we love nothing better than making our customers happy! We bring this passion into everything we do, including corporate and private catering, our wholesome food cafes and our take-home meals.

And Sublime isn't only about our customers. Our staff love what they do and bring this enthusiasm to their work, whether it be making a great coffee, arranging platters for a large function, catering for dietary requirements or delivering the food. Sublime is a great place to work and this shows in the end product!

Cafe Sublime

Cafe Sublime has just entered into its 7th year of operation and is going stronger than ever!
Located in the heart of Richmond and North Melbourne, we have built up a strong loyal local customer base, and have developed many ongoing catering relationships with an array of other local business and large corporations.

We have a selection of freshly made daily deli options on offer in our boutique style shopfront. Focusing on the healthier and wholesome side of things, we have an array of salads, sandwiches, fritters and sweet options available to dine in on, or take away.

We cater for many dietary requirements, always trying to provide vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and paleo option on a daily basis.

We also have a selection of gourmet frozen take home meals. With an selection of soups, casseroles, pastas and an array of gluten free, vegetarian and kids size meals, you can grab a quality dinner for the whole family, which can be heated and served in minutes!

Sublime Online

Sublime is now thrilled to offer our popular take home meals and fresh deli foods to order online for pick up in-store or have delivered within the 5km zones.

Simply click on the Online Store tab, choose your foods and delivery options and the food will be delivered to your door within the delivery window specified.

Then all you need to do is enjoy!

We pride ourselves on providing our customers with a wide range of wholesome fresh deli products, snack treats and frozen Take Home Meals to suit all forms of dietary requirements and tastes. 

Each day we provide an array of fresh salads, fritters, sandwiches, pasta, snacks, breakfast options, energy bars and protein based morsels.

Every week we rotate our salads, fritters, patties and skewers to give variety and keep things interesting. Check the website or Instagram (sublime_cafe-caterers) to see what the selections are for that week.

All our fresh foods are cooked and chilled and ready for you to eat as is or heat and eat as required.

Ingredient lists: Each food item has a description of some of the main ingredients but is not a full ingredient list. If you’d like a full ingredient list for any item or have an allergy concern please send through an online enquiry or call us on any of the relevant numbers on our contact page. You can also click on the DIETARY REQUIREMENTS link below to search specifically for products that cater to those dietary requirements.

Our pre-packed take home meals are labelled with full ingredient, dietary and nutritional information.

How does delivery work? There are 2 different 5km delivery zones, one around the Richmond store and one around the North Melbourne store. There is a $50 min order to help cover the delivery costs.

As long as you order online before 10am we’ll deliver your food during the delivery window specified and you must be home to receive it as we will be leaving it at your door with minimal contact (during the current health environment).
